Through structured support and linkages, these individuals have completed their training and progressed into business ownership and productive economic activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addressing the graduates, Mayor Adanech delivered an encouraging message: \u201cDear graduates, our city needs strong, diligent young people like you, individuals who make the most of the opportunities they receive, transform their lives, and become role models for others. Your achievements so far reflect your hard work and determination.
