Benishangul-Gumuz Region to Review Development Projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ethiopia\u2019s Deputy Prime Minister, Temesgen Tiruneh, announced this morning on his official social media platform that he has arrived in the Benishangul-Gumuz Region for an official visit to review ongoing development projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In his message, he described the region as \u201cthe land of the patriot and hero of the West, Sheik Hojole,\u201d and underscored its considerable potential, citing its fertile agricultural land, abundant gold resources, and longstanding culture of peaceful coexistence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Deputy Prime Minister further noted that the region is home to the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, which he characterized as a cornerstone of Ethiopia\u2019s development, a symbol of national unity, and a key hub for renewable energy generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure for welcoming the delegation upon their arrival at Asosa Renaissance Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Deputy Prime Minister added that the visit will include tours of various development projects currently
