Addis Ababa Mayor Adanech Abiebie has announced the inauguration of the 8th Addis Mesob One-Stop Digital Government Service Center, marking another milestone in the city’s efforts to modernize public service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a message shared on her social media page, the Mayor stated that, with the blessing of Almighty God, the center was inaugurated a day after the successful conclusion of Ethiopia\u2019s 7th General Election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Mayor Adanech, the new center has been established in Kolfe Keranio Sub-City as part of the city’s commitment to improving access to efficient and citizen-centered public services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seven-storey facility is equipped with modern technology and features 96 service windows capable of serving customers simultaneously. The center has commenced operations by providing 114 services through 22 government institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mayor noted that the facility has been constructed to high standards, offering a clean, modern, and inclusive environment. It is fully accessible to persons with disabilities, includes a childcare facility, and provides a comfortable working and service environment for both employees and residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She further explained that additional services will be integrated into the Mesob Center in the future to ensure faster, more efficient, and equitable service delivery for all residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Addressing the public, Mayor Adanech emphasized that the Addis Mesob One-Stop Digital Government Service Centers are designed to free citizens from lengthy procedures, cumbersome bureaucracy, and excessive paperwork that have long hindered access to government services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Congratulating residents on the achievement, she encouraged them to obtain services from any Mesob Center convenient to them, regardless of where they live in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mayor also extended her heartfelt appreciation to all individuals and institutions whose contributions made the construction and operational launch of the center possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
