\u201cAdvancing a Shared Future,\u201d bringing together diplomats, policymakers, researchers, and business leaders from across Africa and the United Arab Emirates to explore avenues for deeper cooperation and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivering the opening remarks, Jafar Bedru, Executive Director of the Institute of Foreign Affairs, emphasized the importance of strengthening Ethiopia\u2013UAE relations through research-driven institutional collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He noted that the conference provides a valuable platform for fostering strategic partnerships and advancing mutual interests in key sectors, including trade, minerals, research, maritime affairs, and port development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The UAE Charg\u00e9 d\u2019Affaires to Ethiopia, Rashed Al Shamsi, highlighted the significant progress achieved in bilateral relations and reaffirmed the UAE\u2019s commitment to expanding investments in digital infrastructure, agriculture, and business partnerships across Ethiopia and the wider African continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"493\" Prime Minister on East African Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants are expected to engage in substantive discussions aimed at identifying new opportunities for cooperation, strengthening economic ties, and laying the groundwork for future agreements that will further enhance UAE\u2013Africa relations and shared economic growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
