She says the college will provide technology-driven, practical training for young people in key industrial fields, including manufacturing, automotive engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, communications, textiles, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adanech said the new institution is intended to help equip young people with market-oriented technical skills, arguing that national development and poverty reduction cannot be achieved through theory-based education alone.
