As Africa\u2019s political and diplomatic capital, Addis Ababa hosted numerous major international conferences and meetings in 2018 E.C., doing so in a vibrant and successful manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The city warmly welcomed leaders, diplomats, businesspeople, and professionals from different parts of the world, hosted them efficiently, and bid them farewell safely.
This achievement not only demonstrated the city\u2019s international accessibility but also provided an opportunity to showcase to the world the rapid development and modernization Addis Ababa has undergone in recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the major factors that enabled Addis Ababa to present a new image and enhanced appeal while hosting international conferences in 2018 E.C. was the large-scale corridor development implemented across the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Places such as Unity Park, Entoto Park, Friendship Park, and other newly developed riverside recreational areas have played a significant role in attracting visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hotels not only provided guests with high standards of security, cleanliness, and efficiency, but also combined Ethiopia\u2019s traditional culture of hospitality with modern service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This experience will open the door for the city to attract and successfully host even larger international events in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
