C fiscal year and its plan for the 2019 E.C fiscal year. The institution also stated that it will continue to strengthen its development activities in the coming fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his briefing, Ethiopian Electric Power Chief Executive Officer Engineer Ashebir Balcha said the institution collected more than 124.2 billion birr in revenue during the concluded 2018 fiscal year. Of this amount, he confirmed that 39.5 billion birr was recorded as net profit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CEO further stated that over the past years, the institution has achieved tangible results by supporting its operations with technology, expanding power sources, and extending infrastructure across the country.
