Ambassador Muktar Mohamed, Ethiopia\u2019s Ambassador to Algeria, is also part of the delegation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Held under the theme \u201cTowards Redressing Historical Injustices Through the Criminalization of Colonialism,\u201d the conference brings together Ministers of Foreign Affairs from several countries, Ambassadors of African states serving on the AU Peace and Security Council, representatives of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), and Ambassador Bankole, AU Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security, representing the Chairperson of the African Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference is also attended by African historians and international law experts from various African countries, the Caribbean, and beyond.
