In a message shared on her official social media page, Mayor Adanech Abiebie announced that the Addis Ababa City Administration has officially launched the fourth Addis Mesob One-Stop Digital Government Service Center, located in the Kirkos Branch, in Addis Ababa today.
The Kirkos Branch Addis Mesob One-Stop Digital Government Service Center brings together 20 institutions through 85 service windows, providing 112 different public services in one convenient location for residents.
According to the Mayor, the center is expected to significantly improve government service delivery by reducing bureaucracy and eliminating brokerage, corruption, and favoritism, while making public services more accessible, efficient, and citizen-centered.
Mayor Adanech noted that integrated service delivery centers are increasingly becoming a key indicator of government service efficiency, while also contributing to higher levels of citizen satisfaction and promoting inclusive and equitable access to public services.

She added that the center is designed to serve the public in a more convenient and accessible manner, with special consideration for the elderly and persons with disabilities. The facility also provides a more comfortable and enabling working environment for employees.
The Mayor further emphasized that the infrastructure built through the city’s corridor development program is playing a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of integrated one-stop public service delivery.
She said the initiative is intended to provide a fundamental solution to longstanding public service delivery challenges that have long been a source of frustration for residents.
Mayor Adanech also expressed her gratitude to all those who worked tirelessly, day and night, with commitment and urgency to bring the project into operation and ease the service burden on the people of Addis Ababa.
