Addis Ababa Mayor Adanech Abiebie announced on her official social media platform this afternoon that she received the founders of the Heart Attack Ethiopia Foundation and its volunteer medical team at her office.
The mayor noted that the foundation has visited Ethiopia for the fifth time and has provided treatment to more than 700 heart patients, helping save them from prolonged suffering.
She praised the Heart Attack Ethiopia Foundation and its volunteer team for their outstanding humanitarian service, describing their commitment and compassion as truly admirable.
Mayor Adanech also said the two sides agreed to strengthen their collaboration to ensure that heart patients currently waiting for treatment receive timely medical care, with the shared goal of saving more lives.
Expressing her appreciation, the mayor thanked the foundation’s founders and the volunteer medical team on behalf of herself and the patients, recognizing their dedication to organizing such a large medical mission to provide lifesaving treatment for Ethiopians.
