A Ghanaian Parliament Member has Lauded Addis Ababa’s Steady Development

Addis Ababa, a city that has emerged as the third-largest diplomatic hub in the world, the heart of the Pan-African movement, the political capital of Africa, and a major destination for conference tourism, continues to attract growing international attention due to its rapid and steady development.

A Member of the Parliament of Ghana, Hajia Zuwera Mohammed, recently visited Addis Ababa and witnessed firsthand the city’s comprehensive development and transformation. Following her visit, she presented her observations on Addis Ababa’s steady progress to the Ghanaian Parliament.

Her remarks have since been widely reported and are circulating extensively across social media platforms.

“I recently went to Addis Ababa, and as I traveled by car from the hotel where I stayed to the African Union headquarters, I was able to see for myself the remarkably impressive development the city is undergoing,” Hajia Zuwera Mohammed told the Parliament.

The Ghanaian Parliament member concluded her address by urging fellow parliamentarians and citizens alike to learn from Ethiopia’s experience in modernizing cities and making them more livable and attractive for both residents and tourists.
