Ethiopia has convened the ETHIOPIA DELIVERS National Summit under the theme “From Reform to Lasting Change,” bringing together stakeholders to reflect on the country’s reform journey and future development aspirations.
In a message shared on his official social media page, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed(PhD)said: “It is an honour to stand today at the ETHIOPIA DELIVERS National Summit held under the theme ‘From Reform to Lasting Change,”
Reflecting on Ethiopia’s recent achievements, Prime Minister Abiy noted that the nation has consistently demonstrated its resilience and determination by overcoming major challenges and pursuing ambitious development goals.
“I reflected on the journey that has brought us to this moment, a nation that has continuously risen and built the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam with its own hands,” he said.
The Prime Minister emphasized that such accomplishments are not the result of chance, but of deliberate choices rooted in the philosophy of Medemer, which promotes unity, cooperation, and collective action.
“Our reforms are not an end in themselves; they are the foundation we lay for the generations that will come after us,” he noted.
Reaffirming the shared responsibility of nation-building, the Prime Minister called on all Ethiopians to continue advancing the progress achieved so far.
