Ethiopia’s Investment Commissioner (Deputy Commissioner), Zenabu Yirga, held discussions in New Delhi with Naresh Trehan(PhD), Founder and Director of Medanta Medical Centre.
During the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Zenabu Yirga highlighted Ethiopia’s strong potential to become a leading medical tourism hub in Africa, noting that the Government of Ethiopia is working with commitment to realize this ambition.
He therefore encouraged Medanta to seize these favorable opportunities and expand its involvement in Ethiopia’s healthcare sector.
For his part, Naresh Trehan stated that Medanta is keen to strengthen its participation in Ethiopia’s health sector by taking advantage of the various investment opportunities available in the country.
Medanta is one of India’s major medical institutions, known for its expertise in medical training, research, and health technology.
