In a statement shared on its official social media platforms, the Embassy of France to Ethiopia expressed its congratulations following the announcement of the official results of Ethiopia’s 7th general elections by the National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE).
France extended its warm congratulations to all newly elected Members of Parliament, as well as to the Ethiopian authorities and all stakeholders involved in the electoral process. These include political parties, civil society organizations, election observers, and above all, the Ethiopian people, for their role in the successful organization and conduct of the elections.
