Deputy Prime Minister Temesgen Tiruneh has arrived in Injibara to take part in the 86th Agaw Horse Culture Celebration.

On his official social media page, the Deputy Prime Minister stated that Injibara is widely regarded as a land of heroes and a symbol of kindness, unity, and love.

Upon his arrival, the Deputy Prime Minister was warmly welcomed by the people of the Agaw community with broad smiles and by the greeting “Adinas,” reflecting their deep-rooted culture of hospitality.

The deputy prime minister extended his heartfelt gratitude to the Agaw people, noting that the warmth, love, and respect shown to him were deeply cherished and held in the highest regard.

During his stay, Deputy Prime Minister Temesgen Tiruneh will attend and witness the 86th anniversary of the Agaw Horse Culture, one of Ethiopia’s proud cultural treasures.

The celebration features breathtaking equestrian performances that vividly showcase the Awi people’s heroic history, rich cultural heritage, and enduring spirit.
