Addis Ababa Mayor Adanech Abiebie announced that the city’s Mesob One-Stop Service Centers, established to streamline public service delivery and modernize government operations, will soon be expanded to the district level.
The Mayor said more than 300 high-demand public services frequently accessed by residents have been identified for integration into the system. Of these, 50 percent have already been fully incorporated into the Mesob One-Stop Service Centers and are currently being delivered through digital platforms.

She added that the remaining 50 percent of the services will be fully digitalized and integrated into the system during the next phase of the program.
According to the Mayor, nearly 290,000 residents have so far received services through the Mesob One-Stop Service Centers under the modernized service delivery system.
She also noted that customer feedback indicates a 99 percent satisfaction rate with the services provided.

Mayor Adanech stated that the rollout of Mesob One-Stop Service Centers at the sub-city level has been completed.
The next phase, she said, will extend the system to districts, bringing efficient and streamlined government services closer to residents across the Ethiopian Capital.
